Non-normal modal logics and conditional logics: Semantic analysis and proof theory

چکیده
We introduce proper display calculi for basic monotonic modal logic, the conditional logic CK and a number of their axiomatic extensions. These are sound, complete, conservative, enjoy cut elimination subformula property. Our proposal applies multi-type methodology in design calculi, starting from semantic analysis which motivates syntactic translations single-type non-normal logics to normal poly-modal logics.

متن کاملLabelled Tableaux for Non-normal Modal Logics
In this paper we show how to extend KEM, a tableau-like proof system for normal modal logic, in order to deal with classes of non-normal modal logics, such as monotonic and regular, in a uniform and modular way.
متن کاملProof Realization of Intuitionistic and Modal Logics
Logic of Proofs (LP) has been introduced in [2] as a collection of all valid formulas in the propositional language with labeled logical connectives [[t]]( ) where t is a proof term with the intended reading of [[t]]F as \t is a proof of F". LP is supplied with a natural axiom system, completeness and decidability theorems. LP may express some constructions of logic which have been formulated o...
متن کاملModal and Non Modal Qualitative Spatial Logics
In this paper we review previous work on non modal spatial logics and explore a corresponding modal spatial logic. Furthermore we present an initial classication of kinds of spatially indexed propositions.
